About this Event

As businesses transition to a new normal, many questions remain about the impact of 2020’s serial crises on the tech sector, startup valuations and M&A activity.

Join the first VEF event of the year to hear stories and insights from entrepreneurs that have successfully sold their companies before and during the pandemic, as well as their thoughts on COVID-19’s impact on the overall M&A market.

  • When M&A makes sense for company

  • Key learnings for and from entrepreneurs, including never before told M&A stories

  • The barriers to getting a deal done

Ticket Pricing:

For this event we have made a “pay what you want” model.

We have elected to add three ticket prices for our events: for each of our general admission and ‘Founder’ tickets, we will add a “virtual discount” of roughly 50% that you can select to recognize the shortcomings of a virtual rather than in-person event. We have created a zero-cost ticket for those who wish to rely on the support of their community. And we will maintain our existing ticket prices for those who wish to fully support our not-for-profit. Learn more.
