VEF's Future of Transportation Pitch Competition
Description: As part of the 2024 New Mobility Forum hosted by Invest Vancouver, Translink and the Vancouver Entrepreneurs Forum, VEF will be hosting a “Dragon’s Den-Style” Pitch event that will put founders in the hot seat pitching BC’s most active investors in the clean-tech transportation space. Five companies will be selected to pitch live and on stage to a panel of local VCs.

SPACE IS LIMITED AND THIS IS A COMPETITIVE PROCESS.
Applications will be evaluated by members of the VEF board, including investors and industry experts. Only finalists will be invited to join the final pitch event on June 27th. If selected, please prepare a 5-minute pitch presentation on Google Slides.
What’s the format? If you are accepted to pitch, you will be invited to present on stage to a New Mobility Forum attendees. Each presenter will have 5 minutes, followed by a 5-minute Q&A with our investor panel.
What’s the goal? Conversation starters and network building. Come with your call-to-action, leave with a plan to have a follow-up meeting with the high-value connections made at the event.
