Five Threats, Five Solutions: Climate Tech for a Livable Vancouver
Description
Join VEF in collaboration with NorthX for a timely conversation about five threats to Vancouver’s livability and the climate technologies helping our city adapt.
As the effects of climate change are felt more intensely across the Lower Mainland, the systems we depend on face growing pressure. From air quality and carbon capture to electricity capacity and grid stability, food security, water access and security, and forest fires, this session will explore the challenges ahead and the solutions taking shape.
Hear stories from emerging companies and established market leaders developing technologies to help communities prepare, adapt, and build resilience. Attendees will gain insights into what it takes to bring these solutions to market, scale their impact, and protect the places we live.
Your ticket to this event includes admission, light snacks, and a beverage.
